Kingston National Bank defines itself as “A Real Community Bank, Really Serving Communities”, a motto that was established when Phil Dunlap and his associates founded the Bank back in 1909. The tradition of providing customers with excellent banking products and superior customer service still prevails. The niche in the community then, as well as now, has been our strong presence in the farming and agri-business community.

The Savings Bank was founded in 1912 under the name of The Circleville Savings and Banking Company.  In 1913, the bank moved to a small front location in the Pythian Castle, just next door to the bank’s first location of 110 North Court Street. Today, the bank utilizes entirely what was The Pythian Castle for the Main Office Branch and Operations Center.  In March 1961, The Circleville Savings and Banking Company corporate title was changed to The Savings Bank.  On December 16, 2013, the bank broke ground on a three-story building at the corner of Pinckney Street and North Court Street.  Grand opening occurred in the fall of 2014.

“Building a better bank – every day, since 1870” – Through the years, we’ve been there as the people of this area fought through the rise and fall of industrial cycles, natural disasters, crop disasters and personal tragedies. And we’ve been inspired by the resilience and optimism of the people we serve. The spirit of our customers drove us to be a better bank then – and it drives us to this day.
